Amouranth Speaks Out
Twitch’s most-watched female creator comes clean about her husband's alleged manipulation and emotional abuse, and talks about her future plans.
Twitch’s most-watched female creator and one of the highest-earning models on OnlyFans is safe after a turbulent 48 hours that saw her reveal that she had been secretly married for seven years, accuse her husband of emotional abuse and controlling behavior and disconnecting from the Internet in the wake of those allegations.
Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa said on Sunday morning in an emotional stream that her husband has forced her to stream a tireless amount of hours and create sexually explicit content, all while encouraging her to withhold her relationship status from her fans in order to retain engagement with them.
During that stream, Siragusa tearfully explained and showed text messages revealing that her husband, Nick Lee, had threatened to kill her dogs and purposely blow through excessive amounts of their money unless she answered a phone call from him. When she ultimately did, viewers got a live look into her relationship—as Lee yelled at her on the other end of the phone while she continued to cry in front of tens of thousands of viewers.
Then she went dark for more than 36 hours, sparking a discussion and concern about her safety and well-being from prominent members of the gaming and livestreaming communities, including some who requested welfare checks from local law enforcement.

Police arrived at her Houston-area home around 4:30 p.m. CDT on Monday, prompting her to end a planned stream before she appeared on camera. A public records request filed by The Jacob Wolf Report on Tuesday was acknowledged by the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office. However, by the time of publication, law enforcement had not yet provided the requested incident reports.
On late Monday night, Siragusa reappeared on stream in a baggy sweater, dressed down from her usual tight-fitting clothes or swimwear. The viral Sunday stream and its ensuing backlash had given her control of her content again, she said.
“I don’t have to wear cleavage every day. I can wear clothes,” she said. “Master’s given Dobby a sock. Dobby is free,” she continued, reciting the famous words of Dobby the House-Elf from “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.”
She explained that she and Lee had separated, temporarily for now but potentially permanently, and that he would be receiving mental health treatment. She said she is seeking “emotional and legal guidance.” She did confirm that she had regained access to all of her accounts, including her social media and OnlyFans.
Siragusa streamed again on Tuesday, this time grooming her horses at their nearby Houston area keep. She made no mention of the events from Sunday and Monday during her Tuesday stream.
Siragusa is one of the most popular streamers on all of Twitch, with more than 5.89 million followers and more than 2.66 million hours watched in September. She first joined the site in 2016 and broadcast gameplay content and costume design, but she later gained significant popularity for dancing, ASMR and hot tub content.
With the rise of creator subscription services, such as Patreon, OnlyFans and Fansly, Siragusa pioneered a model of using her Twitch presence as a vehicle to drive people to her subscription websites. At first, much of that content centered on cosplay, but eventually pivoted to lewd and implied nude content.
She attained a level of fame that made her subject to stalkers, including several who have shown up at her Houston area home. In December 2021, VICE released a 30-minute documentary on her life and success as a part of its “My Life Online” series. In July 2022, The New York Times wrote a profile on her and her daily life.

In July 2022, she shared a screenshot of her OnlyFans earnings, which amounted to more than $33 million since she joined the platform at a rate of nearly $1.5 million per month on average.
In the past year, Siragusa’s content on OnlyFans and Fansly has become more explicit. She has published fully topless sex tapes and videos of oral sex.
“For years, it felt that everyone was against me for the type of content that I didn't even want to stream,” Siragusa said in her Monday evening stream.
Moving forward, Siragusa said she will expand the type of content she creates and bring back more gaming content. She did not make clear her plans for her OnlyFans, Fansly and Patreon accounts, other than that there might be a break in the consistency of the content.
